This is reflected in the homes that we build. Designing an acreage home can be different from that for a city lot. The services are totally different then city homes and the costs to install them can be much higher if you are not familiar with them all. Many trades charge  extra to drive out to acreage sites. Because we  specialize in acreage homes and have a good understanding with the trades and wholesalers our pricing is similar to that in the city.
    If you own your own land it tells  us that you will most likely  want to control the construction of your new home, or at least know what everything is going to cost you. Our process allows you to do just that with our cost plus-fixed fee concept. You will be well informed of the total cost of your new home and have full control of where your money is spent during construction. We will not charge any administration fees for upgrades and changes, you will pay only the cost of the change if it suits your budget.
