We try to offset our fee to construct your new custom home with in the savings we bring you. The difference that may not fully be offset is made up with the insurance we bring you. With the time myself and my staff spends with you, designing with you, overseeing the construction of you new home, protecting and insuring your new investment in everyway. This should be more then enough to make you not want to do this on your own. With the knowledge and peace of mind of "it is going to be done right".
