My wife and I had Bradford Homes build our 7000 square foot walk out basement home from
October 1, 1998 to July 1 , 1999
The main reason we went with Bradford Homes was his past references for reliability and
his commitment to build the best home possible.
During the ten months of construction he was always available with just one phone call, no
secretary. When questions or concerns arose they were dealt with promptly and usually
within 24 hours.
The trades that Brad used performed their responsibilities on a timely fashion with
excellent workmanship. Our 40 foot wall unit, for example, is a masterpiece.
Brad is very flexible. We chose to build our home a little different than usual. We had a
choice whether it was managed, cost plus, or full contract deal. Brad's pool of highly
qualified trades enabled us to use his buying power to get the right person to do the
right job for the best price.
We are sincerely grateful to Brad for building our home. He is honest, reliable, detailed
in every way, and very knowledgeable in the construction industry.
