Building a new home
in the country in the midst of a building boom can be a real challenge as well as a
stressful experience. However, after several meetings with Brad Bevans we felt confident

Columbia we were able to contact him on his cell phone. Thanks to Brads' network of
reliable, skilled trades persons the construction of our home progressed on schedule.
During this time Brad provided us with may suggestions many of which we incorporated to
enhance the comfort and design of our home.
Several months after living in our new residence we discovered a problem
with our wrap around vinyl deck. Once again, Brad was contacted and he returned along with
the framer to resolve the problem to our satisfaction.
