Dear Brad

Laurie and I wish to congratulate Bradford Homes for the excellent
manner in which our custom home was designed and built; the total
experience couldn't have been better.

We found it very comforting to have direct access to the planners and
skilled trades throughout all phases of construction and after witnessing
the entire project, it was no surprise our dream home was completed two
months ahead of schedule and right on budget. Truly remarkable given
the explosive housing market Calgary is experiencing today!

We also owe a special thanks to you, Brad, for providing a wealth of
"hands on" assistance during the construction stage. You never stopped
furnishing thoughtful and insightful suggestions ( many of which were
incorporated in the final design ) and you never hesitated to roll up you
sleeves when the opportunity arose. Carving the driveway though the trees
and dealing with ad hoc window changes/skylight additions are just a few
examples which you accomplished all while never failing to keep our pocket
book in mind. For this we are truly grateful!
