This letter has been a long time coming, however, Brenda and I have not for gotten about you and the efforts you went to, in order to make our life easy during the construction of our new home.

From the first time we met, we were both impressed with your knowledge, and your ability to understand what our wishes were. I still remember the extra efforts you put forth by coming to the site on the morning of your daughters’ birth and meeting with me for over an hour; - the hours you spent with us showing and describing plans; - dissecting the plans during the designing stage and again dissecting the final plans during construction in order to make the house more comfortable and unique; - and of course being prompt and understanding when required to return to do the minor new house repairs. You continued efforts during the construction stage of keeping us informed of ongoing and upcoming work was second to none. As a result of your continued efforts, friends who were also building were in total disbelief at the business/friendly relationship that developed between us. After they met you at our new home, they expressed how they wished they had you building their house.

We would also be remiss if we also did not express our gratitude for the

effort you gave in the framing stage of the basement and the assistance in erecting the deck (during the monsoon)

Overall Brad, we are most appreciative of all you did for us and for building us a home we are extremely happy with. You knowledge, ability and uncanny way of visualizing and describing the finished product is amazing.
