This letter is for Brad Bevans (of Bradford Homes) to thank you for his attention to details in the constructing of our new home.

When we began our journey, all we knew was that we wished to move into the country, so country bound we went. We were kind of short in the knowledge of septic terms, septic fields, wells, etc. And to our enjoyment, we discovered that they were not to be our problems. Brad completed, to our entire satisfaction, the project of competing our new home.

We have all heard the horror stories from other people who have built new homes. Lucky for us to have found Brad as we have no horror stories of our own to share. Our house was built ahead of schedule with quality craftsmanship. You know things are sound when you overhear the drywallers complimenting the framers on the quality of their part of the construction.

The part I most appreciated was the fact that I was able to speak directly to the person in control of the project. Most people have to speak to the salesperson, which speaks to the project manager, who in turn speaks to the constructors. This process is so drawn out that by the time it gets to the appropriate person, the message has lost its’ translation and the task is not competed as you wished it to be.

I would like to take the time to pay compliments to Brads’ ideas and suggestions in the designing process of our new home. As a result, we are extremely pleased with the final design of our home in consideration to its’ uniqueness and individuality.

So, if you are thing of building a new home, we highly recommend Bradford homes and especially Brad Bevans.
