We chose Bradford Homes over a number of other custom homebuilders because of Brad's flexibility in meeting our design criteria, experience in the industry and ability to purchase at large volume discounts.

We were not disappointed with the level of his trades from framing through to finishing. Particular mention should be made of the custom millwork, cabinetry, slate and tile work that has made the home unique.

Brad was very flexible and patient as design often changed on the fly!

Brad managed his trades efficiently and effectively.
