Our beautifully built Bradford home is almost complete and ready for us to move into. What a great experience this has been, working with Brad from dreams, blueprints to completion. No problem was ever insurmountable, like digging into straight rock for the basement at the beginning of construction. Changes were very easy to make with Brad and he always made it clear when we made changes or upgrades what the costs would be so there were never any surprises.
We are very happy with all the trades and their quotes were always in prior to the beginning of their work. Brad is always available and any concerns are dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction.
We feel we made a wise choice when we chose Brad to build our home and have found him extremely honest and reliable and now a good friend. We would not hesitate to recommend Bradford homes to anyone planning to build a new home.
