Bradford Homes'
Job B127 Reference Letter
October 21, 2001
Dear Brad,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the time and dedication you so constantly put forth to ensure that we got the home we had envisioned. When you refuse to compromise your standards your trades also reflect this drive for excellence. We have nothing but praise and good things to say about the professionalism of the team of men and women who put this house together.Collaboration on this project was further enhanced by your positive attitude and by contact that was timely and continuous. Because you allow your projects to ""evolve" the focus is not on rules that are hard and fast. Although giving us less creative license and permission to change our minds would have given you fewer headaches it would have deprived us of the feeling of partnership that develops when there is shared control.
At a time when we know there are builders out there who will compromise their integrity to have their needs met before the needs of their clients, you consistently demonstrated that you did not consider this to be an acceptable way to problem solve. We are grateful to be at the receiving end of such confidence.
It has been a pleasure working with you and we would and will recommend you to anyone who desires a quality home delivered on time and minus the many and varied conflicts that everyone warned us were an expected part of the builder/client relationship.
Thanks for proving them wrong
Sincerest Best Wishes,
Doug and Colleen
