fixtures, hardware, appliances, floor coverings, etc., all of the things that help
personalize your home. These selections can be made at your convenience and at the
location that best suits your schedule.
We will work closely with you during the selection process. Our comprehensive selection
sheets along with progress updates will help guide you. We want your building experience
to be relaxed and enjoyable, so we put considerable time and effort into making the
selection process pleasant.
We realize that moving is
stressful and we would like to ease the transition. We will assist with details like
protective coverings and raising light fixtures to diminish mover damage. Our painters
will touch-up minor scuffs caused by the movers.
Our number one goal is giving
you time to enjoy your new Bradford home as well as allowing your to derive pleasure from
building it. Later, Personalized Service requires
that we, the principals, schedule and oversee any warranty service that you need.
A full one year warranty assures you that
ownership of your new Bradford Home will be a pleasant and worry-free experience.
You are also covered structurally for 5 years after you take possession of your new home.
